The Limit Break stat is why he's capable of leveling. The reason he's so freaking op is the + stats, though. He gains all those + stats every single level up. So where everyone else would get a few stats points, he gets +5 to every stat on top of those, so he's many MANY times higher than someone at the same level. And he has no cap.

So, he can use all 9 attributes and has so much magical power he accidentally makes a beginner spell 10000x stronger and after firing two such shoots in succession he's not tired, so apparently there's no backslash or mana exhaustion either. I wonder how will the author establish any conflict in this situation.
