Neck and arms would be the most convenient areas to access blood however they also tend to be more visible which is likely to lead to questions and awkward encounters. After all it'll look strange for Tia to wear bandages constantly. The next best option is the foot for easy access to veins and it's also an area that is typically covered up and never seen by others.
