How the hell did she become a headmaster, if her pasttime is to raise flags for the kids to become criminals during her idle musings? "I hope they dont do anything rash... Oh, look at that, they tried to murder someone. How rash.". Its almost as if she isnt conscious of the fact that she is a part of a story, and literary tropes apply.
