What is with all the ladies with traditionally male names? Clarence? Hubert? I'm going to assume that this is non native English speakers trying to pick names. I still don't have an ear for masculine vs feminine names in Chinese for example, and unless I snagged a name from people whose gender I already knew, I bet I would have people scratching their heads too.
