So he can't speak to humans and I think she mentioned elves as well. Pretty much all the "beautiful" races so he wouldn't pass on his "ugly" gene as she says. I wonder if she thinks he is hideous as well or if she ran because the goddess spoke to them.

I love the fact that he's inadvertently becoming the new world's unofficial supreme ruler that surpasses all species, except for the humans which the vain goddess governs. He even has a whole new dimension/world that the goddess has no jurisdiction over & it's just a 'gift' by Tomoe. He's practically a mini-god at this point.
