@gaigous They ain't fabulous. Need more fancy texture! The first male demon they met (the one with Yulriga in the dwarve's kingdom) have some real heft because of the proper texture, similar with the new female demon in this chapter. Yulriga's have some nice shading. Targ is crappy but his face is ugly villain so it's okay. The demon lord? Author's plain lazy. There's also the problem of going through narrow passages and doors... lol.

Nothing I said contradicts the theory that the demon lord he killed WAS him.

But that has nothing to do with why the demon lord in leadership right now would make that kind of reaction. Kail is most definitely human by blood.

There's not enough evidence to be sure if Kail was the hornless demon lord. Heck, there's almost none. But yeah, that's one theory that can explain it too.

But the problem is Kail uses demon blasts during the tournament arc. That doesn't fit without an explanation for why it's possible. We just don't got enough evidence to say which one is completely correct.

@mahtan this cant be the first and probably not the last time you’ve seen this so why complain. This tends to be the nature of things that are targeted towards males....whether it’s manga, anime, or video games.

Agreed, but it is usually not this stupidly done. That or they are upfront about it.
The way it is being done here it is more distracting and breaks the logic of the world more than if done the way other midias or stories have been doing.

@ Aureliano I believe it confirms that he is indeed a demon of some sort, so her asking "Why are you over there?" meant that he should be over with the demons and not the humans since he might possibly be a demon. I think that when he went back in time it may have made him a demon somehow or maybe he was from the very beginning, but I am quite sure he is some form of demon.

I see, Kail might have been a half demon or similar along the line after all. That explained the demon magic he used in the tournament. I hope he would decide to join the demon side

What an interesting thing for her to say that. It sounds like she is saying why is Kail with the humans instead of the demons. I guess it's connected to that demon magic he used in the arena. So does that make his dad a demon? Or part demon. Kinda funny though, since Kail still distrust demons. Would like to see his face when finds out he is part demon.
