Umarekawatte mo mata, Watashi to Kekkon shite kuremasu ka? - Vol. 4 Ch. 20 - Dear My Loved Ones, Farewell

In case anyone wondering, Majjma was the young soldier Yuzuru protected in chapter 15

They really went and did a late night release (for me anyways), just for us to cry in morning

@Sayorii-chii that was me exactly 😭

In every other shounen battle series, they preach that lives are precious and war means destruction and suffering. But this manga actually shows them! Every life saved was precious but when it came to war, lives are so easily thrown away. It really doesn't matter if they put a shiny label to it because when the soldiers die, their families will cry and mourn for them 😢

Reading this while hearing Hotaru by Southern All Star from Eien no Zero or so call Eternal Zero. Hit in the heart!

This very emotional, but i think all the people here is forgeting something crucial: Japan is in the wrong in this war.

Is Japan that go fight in the other countries to make the "emperor proud".
Is Japan that used kamikaze destroying his people, just to dont lose one "war".

War in general is not a great thing, but like in the case of the Nazi Germany expansion, and Japan "Proud War", this is the "best" outcome.

I dont like to remenber what the japanese soldiers did to corean and chinese girls in this time. Dont like to think what the germany soldiers did in the concentration camps.

I just dont like to think that this ended, and if we are luck, never happen again in this size.

I see, so this chapter is about the kamikaze squad.

@DelSapri for long ago, Japan is like this, a samurai who disgraced himself will commit suicide, a servant who wronged his master will be made to commit suicide, so its not a shock if in ww 2, suicide is part of their military tactic. About wrong or right, I cant say we know for sure because: history are written by the winner. Even though one thing not change: war itself is a tragedy.
