@FgoSegul my friend, I assume 99 is the cap, and like in most games there is a variation of caps but it usually ends with either being 9, 99, 999, 9,999 and so forth. One game for instance is the psp game Final Fantasy Crisis core where the max damage you can do is 99,999.

I'm a little confused about something. If the original or "game" version of the girl the MC is, hid her magic simply because it was dark magic... How was she able to partake in magic practice??

Also, didn't their attributes get known publicly when they started getting admitted to school? ALSO, I agree with @JaffaOrange that sort of plot twist is just like this type of manga. The ONLY nice person to her, ends up being that "bad" guy. It would fit.

yeah, I was also wondering about it. Maybe she truly had another element and then fell to darkness and gained the dark magics?
Or she used it to emulate other elements, kinda like the regeneration magic.

But yeah, Patrick the best boy must level up quickly if he wants to hold her hand and not loose it in the process.
I'm kinda hoping that Eumiella will help him with it with some traumatic happy demon hunting sessions.
