I don't get the story. A woman with a man body? I don't think the world works that way.

There are rare cases where a person's gender get misunidentified, but it's still clear that they're either a male or female.

The manga does a decent job of explaining the situation but some parts are really contrived.
I also don't get why the black-haired person felt the need to say to the other students that they were trans* in order to wear the female uniform only to continue wearing a uniform for males.
