If I were in Chihiro's shoes, I would prioritize Rio here. Since Chihiro already promised Rio on the 25th, she could just respectfully decline the Handicrafts club party, explain and propose other dates if they agree to have one later.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that Rio will be cool with hanging out with the Handicraft club. I have my doubts but, Momose may be okay with it as well.

@Nobi Rio is a Yugami tier loner actually, Chihiro by now has made a lot of friends, Rio has no one other than Chihiro.
@Tcof Hayashima has a crush on Chihiro himself, so he'd rather not spend rumours about her dating his rival,and Kadota is friends with her, so he won't either.
