Depends on the mangaka, how many stories based on a SOL or fetishes? Hell I know that there is a story in which the main couple are cursed (or something) basically aren't allowed to do the deed for *number of years* but through magic can always see the other when they masturbate.

compared to that making a story about dreamland adventures with lust and sexual tension sprinkled in between sounds far more lenient, the Mangaka could even be lazy about it and make the fella a descendant of some dream demons or something.
