The only real recommendations I can give you guys is to look in to a using a different font and keeping the formatting consistent in the text bubbles/panels/pages.
You have varying sizes and bolding/emphasis within the the same text bubbles which is very disconcerting when reading. It's good to keep everything centered but you don't need to fill the bubble as much, remember the biggest thing is consistency.
And while it varies from Scanlator to Scanlator, it is rather common to use a font that is all Capitals when typesetting speech bubbles.
