I know I'm way late, but here's how to fold a plastic bag (also for future comments viewers):

Fold in half length-to-length twice, then from the bottom fold right triangles along the length. repeat until the handles, which can then be folded into the triangle. It's a real space saver, a simple drawer can take like thirty folded bags at least.
