She probably thinks his memories are resurfacing because of the few times he’s slipped up and talked about the past and is now in the exact same predicament as he found himself in.

@Mai_loves_icecream If she does know that Ryuu remembers his past life, I think she's probably keeping quiet about her memories because she's afraid that Ryuu only likes the affectionate "Uta" from this life and thinks that their relationship will become awkward (with the weight of their past attitudes acknowledged between them). Her worst-case fear would probably be their relationship breaking down because he sees her as partially the "Uta" from their past life, who he disliked (as far as she knows).
