@Metazoxan The specific word he uses is 剣の巫女 (ken no miko) which is effectively along the line of "sword maiden" or "sword priestess". It's not gender neutral at all. He's all in on the feminine form. I would assume he'd go with something like 剣の巫覡 (ken no fugeki) or 剣の巫 (ken no kannagi) which are more gender neutral. I suppose it's possible in that world there is only ever female sword priestesses so he's kinda just riding off the established title despite how silly it seems.

THe way i see it, the 2 most likely outcomes is, he becomes a really hawt one-san-type that drips seduction and will try and seduce the MC (but fail, because he looks like a woman but the MC's libido detects something is not right with "her" and hes not attracted to "her") OR he changes into one of those Macho cut women types that look male.
