I'm with @InsaneInsomniac on this one. The @ReRead and @Capt_Gigglepants routes are more likely but too good for this prick.

He should just lose his manhood. Not a chick, just no d*ck. Hope his skills stay replica level too. What kind of evil god delivers the real dream anyway? It's fool's gold all the way. But this would leave him a mob, not deliver a boss. Hmmm...

On the flip side, maybe a full makeover could work. What if he got phat, they fight, he loses, but that rosy hero takes to him. That could be a happy ending. Now, it would be better if it was more of a demonic inspiration than a gender swap, and imagine if he could move the villagers to became his drag entourage.
