....And then I got my answer.

Something interesting I noticed is that in the frame where we see the miners dig out into the dungeon the one wearing Senshi's trademark helmet ISN'T him. He's actually the young looking one in the center. You can tell because his nose and eyebrows are the only ones that match his current appearance. Given dwarf lifespans this was a very, very long time ago almost certainly more than 10 years.
