E-Rank Healer - Ch. 2

Lol the "healer npc" ran into the "Isekai MC" and they are off to meet the "scummy hero". This is gonna be good.
 
I can see how you could end up robbed by adventurers, but isn't that the point of paperwork? What's the benefit of using this organization to hire people if you can just go missing and they don't get in trouble?
 
Why do I get the feeling that this guy is stronger then the so called hero
 
@kwendy I feel this shouldn't be too surprising. It seems she was E-ranked in her little town because she was a mixture of new and not too adventurous, so she didn't take dangerous quests in order to increase her rank quickly. Because it is a small town, it's probably the kind of place where everyone has met, thus, they know each other on some level. This makes it pretty hard for people to be mean to each other and not be known. After that, the 'hero' used the charm to get her in the party, leaving her VERY unaware for some time because charm is probably really bullshit.

@esp It is possible that they only get excommunicated from THAT guild. While the guild itself is shown to be trustworthy a a result, this still wouldn't fix the extremely scummy adventurers.

@Akabane If I'm predicting this correctly... the 'hero' is just a self-proclaimed one and he used charm in order to make people believe this was the case.
 
@Akabane : Because the "Hero" is a junkie dependent on performance enhancers for his strength, and he almost certainly is not.
 
@esp It's not exactly hard to disguise it as an accident. I doubt a contract in this world will kill you either but it hasnt been stated so far.
 
It'd be nice if they turn into a couple traveling together and healing people along the way
 
So basically the party she joined was a group of deadbeats who only notable thing was a charm ability they could use on women. So they charmed her and rushed her through adventurer evaluations so she couldn't get properly evaluated and found out how good she actually was. Then they exploited her to raise their rank while keeping her from ranking up that they couldn't do on their own. Then they found a high rank female healer who they also probably charmed and dropped her thinking they were now strong and didn't need her. They probably even charmed the person at the guild who handled the evaluation to make them approve her with a incomplete evaluation.

Was there even monsters outside the town that they killed or did they just make that up.

I do not think they rushed her through evaluation, most people would start at E and rqank up as they completed quests. They just never reported her as taking part in the quests since she "did not contribute" because healing people does not count in the "Hero"'s mind only dealing damage. He basically just treated and thought of her as a tool and slave and not as a person or party member. It seems she even had to do tasks like cook their meals and prepare camp including their sleeping area with them doing nothing outside of combat
 
He's the first guy that speaks with the truth that she found also the hero kinda look like Asahi
 
@jimmyclear : There is not evidence of abnormal level of intelligence yet. Just not a below average level plus blinding pride like the previous party.
 
@sjmcc13 She was lucky they didn't make her service the group in other ways.
On that note looking at the raws
I think he sees her as his girlfriend more than as a healer.
 
@FStubbs : I hope they did not, and that there was a reason it would not work even if he tried. Though I would not put it past him and
form the "hero" perspective chapters that are not pay walled, it looks like he might have done such to women in the past.
 
daww, if theres anything good the scum hero did, it's allowing Carol to meet Kaido :)
