Brick is the easiest weapon to made and it has wide of varieties due the cost is very cheap yet strong enough to kill people even that person already using military helmet type.
Even liquor bottles that Golden Hamster used to drink can killed those puppets easily and it wont break no matter what happened.

I am pretty sure they are at war because they attacked Three Legs.......Not officially but "de facto"

It's not official so they can spot a lot of bullshit and get away with it because that's how politics works. Like "they were just rogue elements so return them for them to go through our own due process".
It's pretty much an open secret at this point they want war, but politics is stupid like this.
 
I can't wait to see what will happen to people of dragon slayer alliance. This is getting exciting.
