A shower, at its core, is just falling water, so it wouldn't be hard to store a supply of water above the shower's location and then just let gravity take its course when you opened the spigot; the ancient Greeks had them thanks to the nation's aqueducts.

@Vincentius It's not the shower itself I have an issue with (Bathes and similar process are as old as shit) it's more the modern looking interior with the seemingly plastic stool, steel pipes and spigots, etc. that seem a bit too anachronistic for my liking, especially in a military compound.

Though the Romans did heat their baths and there's evidence for similar civilizations as far back as the Mohenjo Daro civilization.

@alannondarklord I can accept that more considering how modern the Roman Insulae looked, which not as modern as the manga depicts, does seem like something that could exist as a modern apartment.
