A shower, at its core, is just falling water, so it wouldn't be hard to store a supply of water above the shower's location and then just let gravity take its course when you opened the spigot; the ancient Greeks had them thanks to the nation's aqueducts.@Tamerlane I find it weird they have modern showering equipment yet in all other aspects they're in the Middle Ages.
