All the harem tag means is someone decided it deserves it after the last chapter, when we don't even know if the other girls will even show up that often, or in what role they will if they do. As far as I could tell the last chapter was just for the joke and not meant to be an actual harem indicator.

There’s only two ways this’ll go: the ikemen is revealed to be a scumbag or karen (or the ikemen himself) decide to decline to move forward with an engagement. (There is a third way which involves haru’s spying on karen getting exposed)
