That...is a giant needle. If somebody ran at me with a needle that big I would sprint in the opposite direction. I can't even handle blood work or regular sized needles. How is he looking at the thing coming out of his arm? It's a black poisonous worm! I'd be passed out. Nope.

Also, love it that her new customer was like, "Hey, value yourself more highly," instead of just trying to get a good deal.
