Keyboard shortcut/alternative for 'Tap to reload'

Having to move the hands from the keyboard just to tap riiiiight in the middle of that small box is extremely annoying (otherwise you go fwd/bkwd). The reader is otherwise amazing and I make use of those keyboard shortcuts extensively. Thank you to the one who coded them in.

Edit: <F5> isn't optimal since it reloads the whole chapter.

Have you tried Ctrl+R or Ctrl+Shift+R?

<C-r>, <C-S-r> and <F5>, all do the same thing i.e. reloading the whole chapter rather than page.
