I think the reason he’s so op isn’t exactly because of cut and paste, or full judgement, but the fact that he has both of them. Even getting a single one of those is already rare enough, but having cut and paste in one skill and also having the best judgment skill is what makes his abilities fucking broken

My first impression was All For One too, and yeah, this quickly got boring after he started stealing their skills. Wish the author went with creative uses of Cut & Paste instead, but too bad, it's just another OP MC,
