For those who are complaining and will complain about the MC's speech pattern I believe that it was mentioned that he speaks like a thug in the original japanese hence his crude english.

the old archaic speaking is neat in the other translation, but this is much nicer on the brain. I still have to re-read sometimes due to the way the speech is structured, but at the very least im not trying to mentally translate every word.

@TheDefend agree. which is funny because LHT is like the highest quality of LQ scans you'd find anywhere that's not RMT. so it's uh....Middle Quality? Average? you get what i mean: their TL might be overthinking and subpar at times, but it's still better than most LQs you've seen

@Acidroach - I don't know what sort of life MC had back in Japan and whether he should have this kind of speech, but at least I can read it without difficulty.
I am not the sort of person who reads bible in the old english, so Lefi's lines in LHT's version were near-gibberish. I think it's wrong to trainslate in such a way the reader needs to translate some more.

I'm sure LHT worked hard but they shouldn't be trying to do the older English if they know they cant do it right. An apostrophe in every other word does not make something older english.
